Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Japan with a tracking number.

How long until my order ships?

The expected shipping time is shown on each product page. Most items ship within 7 days. Items sourced from the manufacturer, such as wooden sushi tubs and ohitsu, ship within 30 days.

Where are the products made?

Most of our products are made in Japan. The country of origin is listed in the specifications on each product page.

Can I combine several items in one parcel?

Yes. Items in the same order are packed and shipped together.

Will I have to pay import duties?

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price unless they are shown at checkout. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will check whether it can still be canceled.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. The customer pays the return shipping fee. Damaged or faulty items are eligible for a refund. See Returns & Refunds for details.
