Shipping Information

Where we ship from

All orders ship from Japan. We send every parcel with a tracking number, using Japan Post or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the order and the destination.

When your order ships

The expected shipping time is shown on each product page.

• Ships within 7 days: most kitchen tools, tableware and cookware.
• Ships within 30 days: items sourced from the manufacturer after you order, such as wooden sushi tubs and ohitsu rice containers.

If an order contains items with different shipping times, we ship them together once everything is ready. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price unless they are shown at checkout. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing.

In compliance with customs regulations, we do not undervalue merchandise or mark items as gifts.
