Artis Home Chef Nylon Mesh Skimmer Spoon

This mesh skimmer spoon is part of the Artis Home Chef series, made in Japan. It is molded from nylon that is heat resistant up to 210°C (410°F), so it can be used directly in hot oil or water.

The mesh head scoops fried foods, blanched vegetables, and noodles while letting liquid drain through. It also works well for skimming foam, scum, and small bits of food from soups, stocks, and simmering pots, making it handy for clarifying broths, skimming tempura oil, or lifting noodles out of hot water. The nylon construction is gentle on nonstick cookware surfaces.

This skimmer spoon is offered in two sizes, S and L, and three colors, Orange, Black, and Red.
