The pot body uses a 3-layer clad construction with a steel core between layers of stainless steel, which spreads heat evenly and suits dishes that need a long, gentle simmer, such as stocks and soups. It can be used on both gas and induction (IH) stovetops, and the mirror-polished interior is easy to wipe clean.
