Azuma Gowaza Stainless Steel Yukihira Pot with Wood Handle

This yukihira-style saucepan from Azuma's Gowaza line has a hammered (tsuchime) surface that adds strength to the stainless steel body while increasing its surface area for better heat conduction.

Pour spouts are set on both sides of the rim, so the pot works well regardless of which hand you favor or how your stove is arranged. The body is stainless steel with a natural wood handle finished in urethane for a comfortable, secure grip.

Made in Japan. Available in three sizes: 15 cm, 18 cm, and 20 cm.
