This Gogi tempura fry pot comes with a built-in wire draining rack that fits over the rim, so freshly fried tempura can be lifted straight out of the oil and left to drain above the pot instead of needing a separate tray.
The pot body and handle are made of stainless steel, while the draining rack is chrome-plated steel for easy cleaning.
This pot is offered in two sizes, 20 cm and 24 cm, each with its own capacity and weight. Made in Japan.
