This Cast Varius series from Hokuriku Aluminum uses a detachable handle system that lets the cookware move easily between stovetop, oven, and table. The frying pan is built with cast aluminum construction and Japan's first trident shaped base, a composite structure made possible through aluminum casting, for a stable fit on the stovetop. The interior is finished with a non stick coating blended with spherical ceramic particles, which helps reduce surface wear and improve the coating's durability.
The lid is made of tempered glass with a silicone rim that fits onto the pan body. The glass panel lets you keep an eye on food as it cooks without lifting the lid, which helps with controlling heat and moisture while cooking.
This cookware is designed for induction (IH) cooktops. The detachable handle is sold separately and is not included.
Available as a frying pan or a glass lid, each offered in 22 cm and 24 cm sizes.
