This saucepan from Hokuriku Aluminum's IH Mighty II line works on any heat source, including induction (IH) cooktops. The aluminum alloy body has a fluororesin-coated interior for easy cleanup and a heat-resistant exterior finished with a gradient paint.
The bottom is bonded with stainless steel for even heat distribution, and the lid is made of fully tempered glass with a knob shaped so a ladle can rest on top of it.
The handle is phenolic resin with a textured, pear-skin finish that helps keep a secure grip even when wet. Made in China.
