The MOKA series from Suncraft is a line of Damascus steel kitchen knives made in Japan. We offer it as a full size santoku, an all purpose kitchen knife, and as a petty knife, a compact utility knife for smaller cutting tasks.
The blade is built around a VG10 cobalt stainless steel core clad in layered Damascus steel, which holds its edge well and resists rust. Each blade shows an irregular wavy pattern on its surface, so no two knives look exactly alike.
Please choose your preferred knife type from the options above.
