Aderia Retro Footed Dessert Glass Shallow Balloon Design

Adelia Retro remakes the glassware once used in Japanese households during the Showa era, updated so it can be used safely today while keeping the original charm of the originals. This shallow, footed dessert glass is from the Balloon design, one of two dessert glass shapes in the series.

Footed dessert glasses like this one were a common sight in Showa-era restaurants and old-style coffee shops. Filled with fruit or sweets, it brings a nostalgic cafe feeling to the table at home.

The glass measures about 12.5 x 12.5 x 6 cm (4.9 x 4.9 x 2.4 in) and holds 225 ml (7.6 fl oz).
