Akebono Magic Fried Rice Turner Nylon Spatula for Nonstick Pans CH-2106

This fried rice turner from Akebono Sangyo's Magic series has a long handle that stays cool during cooking, and its blade cuts through rice easily for a fluffy, separated fried rice.

The turner is made of nylon, so it will not scratch nonstick frying pans or hot plates. The blade has the manufacturer's original double emboss texture, large bumps topped with a finer texture, which reduces contact with food and helps prevent sticking.
