Akebono Magic Nigiri Sushi Mold Clear WE-126

This clear nigiri sushi mold lets you make the rice base (shari) for nigiri sushi by pressing rice into the mold and pressing down. The interior has a double embossed texture, a larger texture layered with a finer one, so the rice releases cleanly and cleanup is easy.

Each finished piece is about 50 mm (2 in) tall and weighs about 28 g (1 oz). The mold is intended for commercial use and is dishwasher safe.
