Akebono Magic Onigiri Mold Rice Ball Maker Clear Large WE-116

This mold makes triangular onigiri rice balls. Fill the mold with rice, press it in firmly, and push the rice out. The finished rice ball measures 68 x 65 x 30 mm (2.7 x 2.6 x 1.2 in) and weighs about 90 g (3.2 oz).

The inside has the maker's own double emboss texture, with fine bumps added over larger ones. Rice does not stick easily, so it releases cleanly and the mold is easy to clean.

The mold is made for commercial use and is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo.
