Akebono Magic Onigiri Rice Ball Mold Clear Tawara Oval WE-120

This clear tawara-shaped mold is a quick way to shape onigiri rice balls. Simply pack the mold with rice and press to release a neatly shaped rice ball.

The inside of the mold uses a double-emboss texture, large ridges topped with finer ridges, so the rice releases cleanly and the mold is easy to clean.

The mold measures 70 x 55 x 40 mm (2.8 x 2.2 x 1.6 in) and shapes a rice ball about 28 x 28 x 44 mm (1.1 x 1.1 x 1.7 in) weighing about 25 g (0.9 oz). It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
