Akebono Magic Rice Paddle (Shamoji) 45cm PM-727

This rice paddle (shamoji) uses a double emboss design that keeps rice grains from sticking, so you can serve rice comfortably without cleanup on every scoop. The surface has raised bumps, and those bumps have fine ridges, which reduces the contact area with the rice and helps the surface retain moisture so rice does not stick.

This is a large size suited to commercial kitchens, food factories, and school lunch services.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
