Akebono Ohitsu Rice Paddle 22cm Black PM-467

This rice paddle has a long handle that reaches easily into an ohitsu rice tub. The paddle head has the maker's own double-emboss texture, a fine pattern layered over a larger one, so rice does not stick and can be served neatly.

It is designed for commercial use and is dishwasher safe. The paddle measures about 240 mm (9.4 in) in total length and about 77 mm (3 in) across the head.

Akebono Sangyo, based in Tsubame City, Niigata, designs and manufactures plastic kitchenware, with a focus on microwave cookware and an in-house production system. Made in Japan.
