This slicer turns long green onions (naganegi) into thin diagonal slices or a fine mince, quickly and in volume. It comes with a dedicated safety holder for the onion, so you can slice safely and securely. Choose between the Diagonal Slice type and the Mince type.
To use it, set the onion in the safety holder, then hold it against the blade and slide it back and forth. It works well in recipes such as negi shabu-shabu hot pot, negi ramen, yurinji fried chicken, green onion sauce, and fried rice.
The body is made of AS resin, the spring is silicone rubber, and the blade is stainless steel. It is made in Japan.
