Akebono Sangyo Magic Non-Stick Rice Paddle 36cm PM-723

The Magic rice paddle from Akebono Sangyo has a double embossed surface on its scoop that keeps cooked rice from sticking. A layer of fine micro-ridges sits on top of larger ridges, reducing the contact area between the rice and the paddle so grains release cleanly instead of clumping.

This 360 mm (14.2 in) paddle has a scoop width of 95 mm (3.7 in) and is made of polypropylene rated for -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F).

The paddle is available in a range of sizes to match different cooking volumes and serving needs, and it is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
