This sushi shaper from Akebono Sangyo's Sushiland line helps you shape rolled sushi at home. We offer it as a thin roll (hosomaki) shaper or a thick roll (futomaki) shaper.
Each shaper is made of polypropylene, heat resistant to 120°C (248°F) and cold resistant to -20°C (-4°F).
