Akebono Shiboritate Cutter Red CH-2027

The Shiboritate Cutter from Akebono Sangyo is a kitchen cutter built around a rotating stainless steel blade, housed in a red polypropylene body. The body is rated to withstand heat up to 140°C and cold down to -20°C, while the separate blade rotation part is made of polyacetal, rated to 120°C heat resistance and -20°C cold resistance.
