Akebono Shin Chinese Wok Ladle Smoke CH-2115

This smoke-colored Chinese-style wok ladle is designed for use with fluorine-coated (nonstick) frying pans. One tool lets you stir-fry, scoop and serve.

It is made from TPX, a highly water-repellent resin, combined with the maker's own double emboss texture so food is less likely to stick. The deep bowl scoops generously, even thick, saucy dishes, and its curve is shaped to work well in a frying pan. A thin rim slides easily under food.

The long handle is comfortable to hold and stays cool while you cook. It weighs 45 g (1.6 oz), is dishwasher safe and is made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo of Tsubame, Niigata.
