This rice paddle from Akebono Sangyo lets you stir fry, serve, and turn food with one tool. It is made of TPX (polymethylpentene), a highly water repellent resin that resists heat and stays sturdy, so it holds up well to cooking in a wok or frying pan.
The paddle surface has Akebono's original double emboss texture, with fine bumps layered over larger raised bumps. This reduces contact with food and helps keep rice and ingredients from sticking.
It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan. Choose from two sizes, standard and wide, each available in clear or smoke.
