These sushi roll shapers from Akebono Sangyo's Sushi Land series make rolled sushi easy at home. Simply put rice and ingredients into the shaper and press firmly to shape the roll.
Each shaper is made of polypropylene that is heat resistant to 120°C (248°F) and cold resistant to -20°C (-4°F).
