This coffee kyusu pot is a new style of coffee brewer that lets you brew coffee more easily than with hand drip. Simply add ground coffee and hot water, close the lid, and wait for the brewing time; no paper filter is needed.
The body and lid are made of a lightweight, easy to handle resin, so the pot will not break even if dropped. The spout is shaped to pour cleanly without dripping, and the resin strainer uses a fine mesh that keeps fine coffee grounds out of your cup.
It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan by Akebono Sangyo, a kitchenware manufacturer based in Tsubame, Niigata.
This pot is offered in back handle and side handle styles, each available in more than one size.
