This rice mold shapes rice into a wide-mouthed face that can be topped with a variety of side dishes, and it can be decorated with nori and other cutout pieces for a cute finish. It is sized to hold a single retort curry pouch for kids, about 50 to 60 g (up to about 2.1 oz).
The included cutter can cut nori or cheese, and swapping the pieces lets you turn the same mold into a panda face. Besides curry, it also works well with other side dishes as a kid-friendly plate or for omelet rice. Each portion of rice is about 100 g (3.5 oz). The mold measures about 11 x 10.5 x 2 cm (4.3 x 4.1 x 0.8 in) and is made in Japan.
