Arnest Slotted Serving Spoon Stainless Steel

This slotted serving spoon is useful for serving simmered tofu or grated radish, and for gently draining liquid from simmered beans before plating. The handle is about 17 cm (6.7 in), slightly short so it does not stick out over the edge of a plate, and wide for an easy grip. The wide, deep scoop is good for serving hot pot ingredients and for dissolving miso into soup, and its rounded shape gathers ingredients easily from the bottom of a bowl.

Made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, the spoon has a one-piece stainless steel construction that resists corrosion and is easy to wash. It measures about 17 x 6 cm (6.7 x 2.4 in) and weighs about 42 g (1.5 oz).
