This fried rice paddle from Artis is a nylon kitchen tool made for stirring and turning rice, noodles, and other ingredients in a frying pan or wok. It measures 230 x 60 mm (9.1 x 2.4 in) overall, a compact size suited to quick, one-handed use at the stove.

The nylon is heat-resistant up to 210°C (410°F), so the paddle can be used directly in a hot pan without melting or warping against the cooking surface. Its flat, wide blade is shaped to slide under food and flip or mix it evenly.

Made in Japan, this paddle is finished in black, making it easy to pair with other kitchen tools in a matching set.
