Aru Cuttable Cutting Board Sheet 400cm KC-211

This cuttable cutting board sheet lets you tear off a fresh section every time you prepare meat, fish, or vegetables, so there is no need to wash a cutting board after each use. Because every cut uses a clean section, there is no concern about color transfer, such as from carrots, carrying over into the next ingredient. The soft sheet also makes it easy to slide cut food straight onto a plate.

Keep the sheet away from open flame and other high-heat areas, and do not place anything on it that exceeds its heat resistance. Cutting with heavy knife pressure can scratch or cut into the sheet. After use, light soiling can be rinsed off with water or washed with dish detergent for a few repeat uses, but if the sheet has touched raw meat or fish, we recommend using it only once for hygiene.
