Azuma Adjustable Steamer Basket Stainless Steel

Part of Azuma's Ryori no Iroha line, this adjustable steamer basket is made of stainless steel rather than the wood traditionally used for a Japanese seiro. It is easier to care for than a wooden steamer and holds up well to repeated use.

The sturdy, rust-resistant stainless steel supports everyday cooking, and the free-size, adjustable design works for steaming Japanese dim sum, Chinese-style steamed buns, vegetables, and other foods. The simple, modern look also lets it go straight from the stove to the table.

This basket measures 12.5 x 12.5 cm (4.9 x 4.9 in). Made in Japan.
