Azuma Adjustable Steamer Basket Stainless Steel

Part of Azuma's Ryori no Iroha line, this adjustable steamer basket is made of stainless steel rather than the wood traditionally used for a Japanese seiro. It is easier to care for than a wooden steamer and holds up well to repeated use.

The sturdy, rust resistant stainless steel supports everyday cooking, and the free size, adjustable design works for steaming Japanese dim sum, Chinese style steamed buns, vegetables, and other foods. The simple, modern look also lets it go straight from the stove to the table.
