Azuma Butter Cutter and Storage Case

This Azuma butter cutter cuts portions about half the size of a standard butter cutter, roughly 5 g (0.2 oz / 0.01 lb) per slice. Place a block of butter on the wire plate and push it through to cut even portions, then store the butter right in the attached case.

The set also includes a julienne plate and a grater plate for the same body, and the case measures 16.5 x 9.5 x 6.8 cm (6.5 x 3.7 x 2.7 in). The AS resin body and ABS resin blade holder are rated for use between -20°C and 80°C.
