Azuma C Style Iron Tempura & Stir-Fry Pan 18cm

This one-handle iron pan is part of Azuma's C-Style series, made for tempura frying and stir-frying and designed to combine with other pots and pans in the same line. It is made of iron with a chrome-plated iron handle, and it holds 1.8 liters (1.9 qt), enough for frying small batches or stir-frying vegetables and meat.

The pan measures 35.5 x 18.6 x 9.5 cm (14 x 7.3 x 3.7 in) and weighs 790 grams (27.9 oz / 1.74 lb), and it works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops. Being part of the C-Style series, it can be used alongside the other pots, pans and lids in the line. Made in Japan.
