Size

This draining rack is sized to set right inside your tempura pot, giving freshly fried food a place to drain over the oil. Setting it inside the pot lets excess oil drip back in instead of pooling on a separate plate, and it takes up no extra counter space. Available in two sizes to match your pot.

The rack is made of chrome-plated steel and fits directly inside the pot after frying.

It is not microwave safe and not dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
