Azuma Chrome-Plated Tempura Pot Draining Rack 20cm

Please note: The same photo is used for every size in this series. This listing is for the 20 cm (7.87 in) tempura pot draining rack.

This draining rack is sized to set inside your tempura pot, giving freshly fried food a place to drain right over the oil. Setting it inside the pot lets excess oil drip back in instead of pooling on a separate plate, and it takes up no extra counter space.

The rack is made of chrome-plated steel and fits directly inside the pot after frying.

It is not microwave safe and not dishwasher safe. It measures 21.5 x 9.5 x 1.4 cm (8.5 x 3.7 x 0.6 in) and weighs 32 g (1.1 oz).
