This saucepan is part of Azuma's Cook Easy series, made with a stainless steel body and lid for everyday cooking. It is designed to work on a direct gas flame as well as on induction (IH) cooktops, so it can move between heat sources without a change of pans.
The body is made of 21 chrome stainless steel, with an 18 chrome stainless steel lid. The handle and knob are made of phenolic resin and the base uses nylon 66.
