This two-handled stainless steel pot is part of Azuma's Cook Easy series, made in Japan. It works on gas stovetops as well as 200V induction (IH) cooktops, so it is not limited to one type of heat source.

The body is made of 21Cr stainless steel with an 18Cr stainless steel lid. The handle and knob are phenolic resin, set on a nylon base for a secure, heat resistant grip.

This pot is available in two sizes: 20 cm and 22 cm.
