Azuma Cook Easy Stainless Two-Handled Pot 22cm

This two-handled stainless steel pot is part of Azuma's Cook Easy series, made in Japan. It has a capacity of 4.2 liters (4.4 qt), giving enough room for soups, stews, and other simmered dishes.

It can be used on a gas stovetop or a 200V induction (IH) cooktop, so it moves easily between heat sources without any special adapter.

The body is 21Cr stainless steel with an 18Cr stainless steel lid. The handle and knob are phenolic resin, set on a nylon base for a secure, heat resistant grip.
