Azuma Gourmet Power Iron Frying Pan with Wood Handle

This frying pan is part of Azuma's Gourmet Power line and is made of iron, built to be durable and to last with regular use. Like traditional iron cookware, the surface seasons as oil works into it, so the pan becomes easier to cook with the more it is used.

Iron conducts heat quickly and evenly, which helps stir fried vegetables turn out crisp and keeps fried rice light and separate. The bottom is finished with a hammer textured process that helps the pan resist warping and adds to its overall durability.

The handle is natural wood with a clear urethane coating and a beech wood hook, fitted with 18-8 stainless steel hardware. The pan can be used over a direct gas flame as well as on induction (IH) cooktops and other heat sources.

This frying pan is available in two sizes, 20 cm and 22 cm, so you can choose the one that fits your cooking needs.
