Azuma Gowaza Stainless Steel Yukihira Pot with Wood Handle, 20cm

This yukihira-style saucepan has a hammered (tsuchime) surface that adds strength to the stainless steel body while increasing its surface area for better heat conduction. Pour spouts are set on both sides of the rim, so it works well regardless of which hand you favor or how your stove is arranged.

The body is 0.8 mm (0.03 in) thick stainless steel with a natural wood handle finished in urethane. This pot holds up to 1.3 L (1.4 qt).

Made in Japan.
