Azuma Green Onion & Cucumber Slicer

This slicer makes fine, hair-thin green onion shreds with a single pull, the kind of garnish used on ramen and other Chinese-style dishes. It can also be used in place of a knife to score cuts into konjac or eggplant.

A double-edged slicer blade lets you quickly cut green onion into rounds or slice cucumber thinly, and a grater built into the back can be used for ginger or other seasonings. A cap and cover are included so the blade can be stored safely.

Made of stainless cutlery steel and measuring 16 x 4.7 x 2 cm (6.3 x 1.9 x 0.8 in), it weighs 40 g (1.4 oz / 0.09 lb). It is made in Japan.
