Azuma Iron Tempura Pot with Thermometer Greige 18cm

This tempura pot has a built-in thermometer in the lid so you can see the oil temperature at a glance while frying. The iron body helps fry food to a crisp finish, and the splash-guard lid comes in a muted greige color. Its compact size, with a capacity of 1.6 liters (1.7 qt), means you can fry with less oil.

The lid also marks target oil temperatures for reference, and a pour spout makes it easy to transfer oil in and out of the pot. The pot measures 28.4 x 19.6 x 10.3 cm (11.2 x 7.7 x 4.1 in) and weighs 732 grams (25.8 oz / 1.61 lb). It is suitable for both gas and induction (IH) cooktops, but it is not dishwasher safe or microwave safe. Made in Japan.
