Azuma Kurumentei Boil-Over Resistant Saucepan, 16cm

This stainless steel saucepan from Azuma's Kurumentei series is designed for both boiling and simmering in a single pot. Smooth convection reduces excess bubbling, and a raised rim along the edge helps keep the pot from boiling over. The stainless steel body is easy to clean, and the wire handle fitting is shaped to resist buildup of grime, keeping the handle easy to wash. It has a capacity of 2.1 liters (2.2 quarts), enough for everyday cooking tasks like boiling vegetables or making soup.
