This Momiji donabe-style pot from Azuma has the look of a traditional Japanese clay pot but is made of 18-0 stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The lid features a maple leaf (momiji) motif for a seasonal touch at the table.
It works on both gas flame and induction (IH), so it can go straight from the stove to the table.
Made in Tsubame, Niigata, Japan, an area long known for metalwork.
This pot is offered in two sizes: 17 cm and 27 cm.
