Azuma Momiji Donabe-Style Stainless Steel Pot 17cm

This Momiji donabe-style pot from Azuma has the look of a traditional Japanese clay pot but is made of 18-0 stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The lid features a maple leaf (momiji) motif for a seasonal touch at the table.

It works on both gas flame and induction (IH), so it can go straight from the stove to the table. It measures 18.7 x 17 x 11.2 cm (7.4 x 6.7 x 4.4 in).

Made in Tsubame, Niigata, Japan, an area long known for metalwork.
