Azuma MOTTE Silicone Basting Brush for Sauce

This silicone basting brush from Azuma's MOTTE line is designed for spreading sauce and tare (seasoned glaze) evenly over food as it cooks. The silicone bristles hold a good amount of sauce and release it smoothly with each stroke.

It also works well for oiling a hot plate or griddle before cooking. The brush measures about 20.5 cm (8.1 in) long and weighs 28 g (1.0 oz), with a polypropylene handle and silicone bristles.
