The Ryori no Iroha mini oil pot system by Azuma is designed for everyday cooking, making it easy to pour off a small amount of frying oil or return extra oil back into storage. Each piece is made of 18-8 stainless steel, chosen for its durability and resistance to corrosion.
The strainer mesh fits inside the pot to filter used frying oil, with a double layer that catches fine frying debris so the strained oil comes out cleaner. The tray works as a saucer underneath the pot, or on its own for portioning out oil or seasonings in small amounts.
All pieces are made in Japan.
