Azuma Ryori no Iroha Stainless Steel Boiling Strainer 25cm

This boiling strainer is designed to be used together with a frying pan, letting you lift boiled vegetables or noodles straight out and drain the water quickly before moving on to the next step of a recipe. The handle makes it easy to lift and tip without getting close to the hot water.

Made of 18-8 stainless steel, the strainer measures 43 x 24.8 x 5.7 cm (16.9 x 9.8 x 2.2 in) and weighs 270 grams (9.5 oz / 0.60 lb). It is not dishwasher safe or microwave safe. Made in Japan, part of the Ryori no Iroha line.
