Azuma SALUS Chef Stainless Steel Grater with Cucumber Catcher

This stainless steel grater from Azuma's SALUS Chef series comes with an attached catcher tray shaped like a cucumber leaf, so the food you grate collects neatly instead of spreading across the cutting board. Hold the handle in one hand and run ingredients over the grating surface, then use the tray to carry the grated food straight to a dish or bowl.

The tray also helps catch any juice released while grating, keeping the counter clean. Made of stainless steel in Japan, the grater measures 23.5 x 9 x 1 cm (9.3 x 3.5 x 0.4 in), a compact size that is easy to store in a drawer.
