This Azuma saucepan has a simple, clean design built around everyday usability, finished with a matte surface. The wire style handle reduces heat buildup during cooking and is easy to keep clean.

Made from 18-0 stainless steel with a phenolic resin handle and knob, this pan works on gas burners as well as induction (IH) cooktops, so it fits most kitchen setups.

This 20 cm saucepan holds 2 L (2.1 qt). It weighs 800 g (28.2 oz / 1.76 lb).
