Azuma Silverstone Double-Spout Oil Pot with Carbon Filter Cartridge

This oil pot is used to store and filter cooking oil after frying, with two spouts for pouring. It works together with a stainless steel mesh strainer and a replaceable nonwoven filter cartridge filled with wood-based activated carbon to filter the oil as it is poured back in.

The body and lid are iron with a fluororesin coating, the handle and knob are phenolic resin, and the spout is nylon and stainless steel. Let the oil cool to about 150 C (302 F) or below before handling.

It measures 16.4 cm (6.5 in) in height with a 12 cm (4.7 in) diameter opening. It is made in Japan.
